This weeks photo challenge is word is ‘evanescent’, which can mean amongst other things, to soon pass out of sight, or quickly fading or disappearing. After the very hot weather that we have had recently in Scotland, and other parts of Britain, a photo of new morning ice which sometimes forms on cars in early spring, just seemed somehow appropriate 🙂

I agree with you Linda, ice does tend to form some amazing patterns. There is a guy in California, who did a photographic study of snowflakes, the photos are amazing
